We source our meat with intention and care. Each animal is individually selected from farms in Lancaster County, ensuring consistent quality and traceability.

Our beef and lamb are grass-fed and grain-finished, delivering a balanced combination of natural raising practice s and rich flavor. All animals are processed at a local halal-certified facility in accordance with halal guidelines and humane standards. This hands-on approach allows us to maintain full confidence in the quality of every cut we offer.

Beef: Our beef is sourced with precision and care. We select cattle at their optimal weight to ensure consistent quality, tenderness, and flavor, avoiding the risks that come with under- or over-aged livestock. After humane processing in accordance with halal standards, each animal is properly drained and within 24 hours, the beef is delivered directly to our shop, allowing us to prepare the freshest cuts possible for your table.

Lamb: Our lamb is thoughtfully sourced with the same level of care and intention that defines all of our meats. We select lambs under 65 pounds, an optimal weight that yields superior tenderness, delicate flavor, and exceptional quality. Each lamb is then skillfully prepared by our butchers into refined cuts, including lamb chops, leg, shoulder, ribs, and ground lamb, crafted with expertise. We also offer custom cuts, tailored to your preferences.
